Campus and Student Organizations:

UC Revives: Involved with the implementation and maintenance of green infrastructure around campus.

Clean Up Cincy: Hosts events centered around cleaning up around the city (a great way to get volunteer hours).

UC Sustainability: Hosts a variety of campus events and programs and is the backbone of campus sustainability.

Fossil Free UC: Part of a global movement to end the use of fossil fuels by focusing on the community level.

Leaders for Environmental Awareness and Protection (LEAP): On-campus group working to improve student environmental awareness and relations with community organizations.

 

Engineers Without Borders: Work on international projects to develop sustainable infrastructure.

ASME BikeWorks: Great place to get volunteer hours especially if you enjoy working with bikes and promoting sustainable transportation.

DAAPcares: A college-wide effort that works with the community to develop local design solutions.

Serve Beyond Cincinnati: A group that dedicates their time to improve lives through construction projects.

UC Beekeeping Club: Support local pollinators and plant life with like-minded people.

Repair Café: A great resource if you're good at fixing things and want to help or need an item fixed and want to save some money.

Past Plastic: A group working to eliminate single-use plastic bags in the Cincinnati area.

Fill More Waste Less: Provides opportunities for community members to refill on essentials and acquire zero-waste items.
